I started this blog to cut through the noise around fitness, nutrition, and supplementation. I’ve been through the bulks, the cuts, the failed macros, the PRs, and the tweaks that make the difference between stagnation and progress. What I share here is based on real training, real experimentation, and a lot of trial and error.

Over the years, I’ve found a genuine love for the grind — the kind that comes from pushing heavy weight in the gym, and the kind that shows up in mile three of a hard run when your body starts questioning your choices. Lifting has built my strength, running has sharpened my endurance, and together they’ve helped me develop not just physically but mentally.
